David Lloyd George thoughts
On CEIRIOG VALLEY PARK

The Ceiriog Valley was described by David Lloyd George as “A little bit of heaven on earth”.

He was understandably taken with the breath taking beauty and stunning – sometimes rugged – local scenery. The river Ceiriog flows through the valley and has a wonderful waterfall some miles up the valley from Llanarmon DC. Ancient woods adorn the hillsides, and the area is full of fantastic walks for people of all ages and abilities.

PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR SAT NAV! IT WILL TAKE YOU UP STEEP NARROW HILLS.

- Follow through and take the B4500 up the Ceiriog Valley for 6 miles. do not turn left or right if you are following your SAT NAV.
- Go through Glyn Ceiriog for about half a mile and the caravan park is sign posted on the left.
